Tim Hortons in Ontario is seeking a Night Shift Team Member focused on guest satisfaction, delivering friendly service and the best-loved bakery items in a fast-paced setting. You may be the first contact for guests or help produce baked goods, with opportunities to grow into Trainer, Supervisor, and other leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Previous experience in Quick Service an asset.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and create exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced Tim Hortons environment.
• Be the first point of contact for guests and contribute to guest satisfaction.
• Assist in bakery item preparation and team communication to ensure smooth operations.
