Job summary

Walmart Canada Corp. is hiring a Store Associate in Truro, NS to provide customer service and help move merchandise from receiving to the sales floor. You will unload trailers, pull pallets, stock shelves, and ensure displays are properly signed and organized for store opening.

You'll work as part of a team, following safety guidelines, labeling merchandise for stocking, and assisting customers as needed in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment in the Walmart store at 140 Wade Rd, Truro, NS.

Qualifications

• Ability to unload trailers safely
• Ability to lift and move pallets
• Willingness to work early store opening shifts

Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor for store opening
• Set, merchandise and sign features
• Complete live unloading of merchandise
• Move pallets to/from the sales floor for overnight processing
• Stock the sales floor as assigned and provide customer service
• Label the sales floor for store opening
