Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a Stock Unloader Associate in Digby, NS to unload trailers, pick and pack customer orders, and ensure accurate labeling and product quality. The role requires flexibility for various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a starting wage of 16.90 CAD per hour. This is an on-site position at our Digby location.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Picks and assembles customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on-time delivery.
• Packs orders confirming product selection, quantities, and codes.
• Selects fresh, high-quality products and removes damaged items; completes required paperwork and labels.
• Packs totes efficiently to optimize space while maintaining safety and product quality.
• Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction and assists as needed.
• Follows safety, food hygiene and quality standards; keeps area clean and performs safety checks.
