Job summary

Armour Transportation Systems in Miramichi/Tracadie NB is seeking a professional Class 1 Driver for a night linehaul role to support our LTL network. This full-time position operates scheduled nightly runs between terminals with a focus on safety and on-time delivery.

You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain logs, and communicate with dispatch and operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 Driver's License with a clean abstract.
• Previous linehaul or highway driving experience preferred.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled linehaul runs between terminals at night.
• Conduct proper pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
• Ensure safe and timely delivery of freight in accordance with company and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate logbooks and required documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
