Job summary

Armour Transportation Systems is seeking a Professional Class 1 Driver for Grocery Highway operations based in Moncton, Miramichi, or Fredericton, NB. Night shifts with a Mon-Fri schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM and full-time employment.

You will transport grocery freight across the Maritimes, perform inspections, load/unload, and complete documentation while delivering safe, reliable service with a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 license with clean abstract.
• Minimum 2 years tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Strong understanding of highway operations and regional routes.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to an as-needed schedule.
• Experience with freight handling and scanning equipment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform highway runs transporting grocery freight between terminals and customer locations.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Safely operate Class 1 equipment in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
