Coke Canada Bottling is seeking an Electrician to ensure all electrical components are functioning, perform preventive maintenance, and provide installation and troubleshooting support as needed. The role involves working with PLCs, HMIs, and high-speed filling equipment to enable efficient repair and uptime.

The position requires 5+ years of electrician experience, ability to read drawings, and knowledge of automation hardware.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Electrician.
• Ability to read, interpret and update electrical and mechanical drawings/schematics.
• Experience with PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi) and HMIs.
• Knowledge of VFDs, motion control, laser date coders and high-speed packaging.
• Liquid fill or food manufacturing experience is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot electrical equipment.
• Work with PLCs and programming software and their interaction with electrical components.
• Troubleshoot, repair and install high-speed filling machines.
• Perform preventive maintenance and track work orders in CMMS.
• Document regular preventive maintenance checks on electrical equipment.
• Ensure coders are in good working order.
• Assist production lines with changeovers and set-ups.
• Identify hazards and comply with safety policies (WHMIS, MSDS, GMP).
• Collaborate safely in a team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
