Position Overview

We are currently looking for someone to join our Deer Creek Banquet Facility as a Night Shift Event Setup Crew Member. The ideal candidate holds themselves to high standards regarding customer service, guest experience, and providing exceptional quality of service.

Job Requirements

• Flexibility to work various shifts between 9pm and 1am, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Duties and Responsibilities

• Setting up and tearing down event spaces
• Cleaning and preparing event halls
• Ensuring rooms are set according to floor plans before guest arrival
• Reading BEOs to set up events correctly
• Ensuring linens and table settings are correct
• Making setup adjustments as per client requests
• Setting up food, beverages, utensils, and glassware
• Handling equipment safely and properly
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in service areas
• Following safety and sanitation policies
• Supporting team members in other areas as needed
• Performing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in event setup preferred
• Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure
• Physical ability to bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 75 lbs
• Dependability, honesty, and good interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow directions from supervisors

Job Type
