Job summary

Walmart in Vaughan, Ontario is seeking a Specialist, Quality Assurance - Nights to monitor system operations and support inventory flow in the Distribution Center. You will work with the automation partner and Walmart teams to ensure on-time, quality deliveries to stores, manage real-time workflows, and produce key QA reports.

The role demands reliability and collaboration across Operations and IT partners.

Qualifications

• Age – 16 or older

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory workflow from inbound to outbound in the Control Room WMS; identify issues and coordinate with Ops and Automation to correct
• Balance real-time workflow by releasing orders to store dispatch times with Ops, Transportation and Automation for routing and staffing
• Monitor order scratches, fulfilment and marshalling; coordinate with the automation partner
• Monitor clearing stations and flag operational needs to QA Manager/TL
• Act as SME for DC WMS; serve as POC for QA/DC Operations on system/reporting issues
• Ensure timely, accurate inventory reports; create queries/macros to support ADC reporting
• Track and document issues; escalate per protocol to QA/OPS management
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures
