Job summary

kdc/one in Knowlton, QC is hiring a Compounder – Manufacturing for a full-time, permanent night shift role (12 hours, 7 PM–7 AM). You will manufacture semi-finished products from raw ingredients following strict formulas, weigh materials accurately, operate mixing equipment, and ensure GMP compliance to keep production flowing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift loads of up to 45 lbs.
• Demonstrated ability to operate a forklift; valid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Basic computer skills (requisition systems, inventory tracking).
• Bilingualism in French and English to communicate with team members and understand English documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture semi-finished batches according to strict instructions and customer requirements.
• Accurately weigh raw materials to ensure total formula compliance.
• Operate mixing machinery within established parameters and request materials via AS400.
• Complete accurate batch record documentation and pull quality control samples.
• Clean, sanitize, and prepare mixing equipment for upcoming production runs.
