  • Oversee the night shift production process from 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM.
  • Program and operate CNC Lathe / Mill machines.
  • Manage workflow to ensure orders are completed efficiently.
  • Support and supervise the Quality Control department.
  • Apply lean principles to reduce waste and increase quality.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to resolve production issues.
  • Maintain safety standards and enforce sanitation regulations.
  • Mentor and assist operators and tool room staff.

What You’ll Be Doing

Overseeing the night shift production process (Mon - Fri, 3 : 15 PM to 1 : 45 AM)

Programming and operating CNC Lathe / Mill machines

Managing workflow to ensure orders are completed efficiently and accurately

Supporting and supervising the Quality Control department

Applying lean principles to reduce waste and increase product quality

Collaborating with team leaders and programmers to resolve production issues

Maintaining safety standards and enforcing sanitation regulations

Mentoring and assisting operators, programmers, and tool room staff as needed

What You Bring

Hands-on CNC machining and programming experience ( required )

Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting ( strong asset )

Solid understanding of lean manufacturing practices
