Job summary

The McMurray Group, operating A&W Restaurants across Western Canada, is seeking a friendly Cashier to greet guests, take orders, and process payments. This role offers flexible hours and a supportive team environment.

As part of the A&W team, you’ll handle POS transactions, assist with food service, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area while following safety standards and delivering great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive and comfortable talking with people.
• Available 15–40 hours per week.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service & Cash Handling: take orders, greet guests, ensure accurate orders.
• Food Service Support: assist with preparing and serving food and drinks.
• Cleanliness & Operations: restock, keep areas clean and organized, follow safety standards.
• Teamwork: support team and help shift run smoothly.
