Job summary

The McMurray Group, owner of A&W restaurants across Western Canada, is hiring a Cashier in the NW region. You will greet guests, take orders, and help ensure quick, friendly service in a fast-paced kitchen and dining area.

Flexible hours (15–40 hours per week) with shifts including days, evenings, and weekends. We offer employee discounts, training, and opportunities to grow within a supportive, team‑focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare A&W menu items following food-safety and quality standards.
• Cook burgers, fries, breakfast items, and other products efficiently.
• Assemble food orders accurately and quickly during busy periods.
• Keep workstations stocked, organized, and clean.
• Restock fridges, freezers, and ingredient stations.
• Monitor food levels and communicate needs to the team.
• Follow all food-safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, prep surfaces, and utensils.
• Take out garbage, sweep, mop, and help maintain a clean kitchen environment.
• Work closely with Supervisors, Cashiers and other team members.
