Job summary

Agency Employment Services is seeking an Automotive Forklift Driver for the night shift in Vaughan, Ontario. The role requires operating forklifts, loading and unloading materials, and supporting production with timely material handling.

You will use RF scanners and warehouse systems, perform routine inspections, and ensure inventory accuracy. Applicants should have a valid forklift certification and a minimum of two years’ relevant experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operating experience in a warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
• Valid forklift operator certification/license.
• Experience with counterbalance forklift, reach truck, order picker, and walkie rider is preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems is an asset.
• Ability to work overtime and various shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials efficiently and accurately.
• Supply production lines with materials and handle finished goods as required.
• Perform receiving and shipping transactions using RF scanners or warehouse systems.
• Verify product quantities, labels, and locations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report defects or safety concerns.
• Maintain clean and organized aisles, storage locations, and work areas.
• Accurately complete required paperwork and electronic transactions.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teams to meet operational goals.
