A day in the life of a Night Concierge:

As the Night Concierge you will ensure the safety of our residents overnight while taking care of the community and preparing the team for the day ahead. This role will carry out several duties including responding to in-house emergency requests/needs in a timely manner and providing assistance to emergency personnel if required. As the Night Concierge you will monitor the building to ensure that the building is safe and secure at all times and support the overnight wellness team. You will be the community’s welcome and communication ambassador during your shift. You will greet residents, visitors and members of the public in a friendly and professional manner.

How do I qualify?

You must have:

  • High school education - Grade 10 minimum, prefer Grade 12.
  • Experience in a hospitality and/or seniors’ environment is preferred.
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certificate are desirable.
  • Basic Computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, email etc.)
  • Experience in daily cleaning/laundry duties an asset.
