CHEP in Edmonton seeks a Production Operator to repair damaged pallets weighing 50–70 lbs, performing inspection, sorting, repair and warehouse duties.

This fast-paced, quota-driven role includes safety emphasis, a starting wage of 26.52 to 27.67 per hour with probation pay increase and shift premiums.

About the Role

The Production Operator repairs damaged CHEP pallets weighing between 50-70 lbs, using speed, accuracy, and attention to detail while ensuring safety, security, and productivity requirements are met. This is a fast‑paced, quota‑driven production environment with performance incentive opportunities.

In this hands‑on role, you will support service centre operations through pallet inspection, sorting, repair, and general warehouse duties while contributing to CHEP’s Zero Harm safety culture.

Compensation:

• $26.52-27.67/hrstarting wage (pay increase after probation)
• Additional pay premium based on shift
• Performance-based production incentives, paid monthly

• Sunday to Thursday
• Shifts available: Night (10pm-6am)
• Full-time, Permanent

Vous devez avoir !

• Diplôme d’études secondaires (requis)
• 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en construction, menuiserie, aménagement paysager ou dans un domaine similaire (requis)
• 1 à 3 ans d’expérience avec des outils électriques
• Capacité à effectuer un travail physique, incluant le levage de charges jusqu’à 70 lb
• Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe
