Job summary

Loblaw Companies Limited is seeking a Merchandising Associate to support product merchandising, store setups, fixture builds, shelf adjustments and general store support across British Columbia. This role involves overnight work in retail locations with substantial travel and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities include restocking, fixture construction, and coordination of store renovations, with travel expenses covered.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising or construction experience preferred but not required.
• Forklift experience is a plus (training after 6 months).
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing long periods.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required for travel.
• Must be able to work flexible overnight shifts and travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Restock products and set up displays according to planograms.
• Build and reset fixtures, shelves, and store layouts.
• Handle minor store repairs and maintenance.
• Support store renovation and remodeling projects.
• Travel extensively within provinces (travel expenses covered).
• Night shifts start ~9 PM and end by 9 AM with 10 days on/4 days off.
