Job summary

Loblaw's Real Canadian Superstore in British Columbia is hiring Store Team Members to deliver friendly, efficient service and keep shelves stocked and accurately scanned. You’ll support promotions, help customers, and maintain clean, safe departments in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience isn’t required; training is provided, and you’ll join a team that values collaboration, initiative, and a strong work ethic. Flexible hours include days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required; training is provided.
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs and stay mobile during shifts.
• Comfort with working in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by stocking shelves and addressing customer needs.
• Maintain product displays and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Ensure accurate scanning and assist with inventory orders.
• Set up promotions and programs as directed.
• Keep department areas neat and compliant with health and safety standards.
