Tasks
- Implement the store’s vision and objectives to contribute to the company’s success.
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers by ensuring your department is always customer-ready and impeccably maintained.
- Inspire your team to excel in sales using the tools and training provided by the company.
- Suggest innovative ideas to boost sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure smooth operational coordination.
- Train, coach, and motivate your team using the banner’s programs.
- Actively participate in recruiting, onboarding, and developing your team.
- Contribute to performance evaluations and support the resulting action plans.
- Ensure a healthy and safe work environment for all.
- Take on any other challenges related to your role, as needed by management.
- Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements
- College diploma (DEC) in retail management, administrative techniques, accounting, or business management.
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience (a combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with retail POS or inventory systems (an asset).
