Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize common areas, lounges, dining rooms, hallways and bathrooms.
• Perform scheduled deep-cleaning tasks in accordance with lodge standards.
• Vacuum, mop, and dust designated areas; empty trash and replenish supplies.
• Wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens; maintain laundry room cleanliness.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies; report maintenance or safety issues promptly.

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and Sanitizing:
  • Clean and sanitize common areas, including lounges, dining rooms, hallways, and bathrooms.
  • Perform scheduled deep-cleaning tasks in accordance with the lodge’s standards.
  • Vacuum, mop, and dust all designated areas.
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with lodge policies.
  • Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
• Laundry Services:
  • Wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens, towels, and personal clothing items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry room.
• Safety and Compliance:
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Use cleaning chemicals safely and store them according to regulatory guidelines.
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel immediately.
  • Ensure all entrances and exits are secure during the night shift.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure the safety and well-being of residents, responding to emergencies as needed.
• Resident Interaction:
• Maintain a respectful and friendly demeanor when interacting with residents.
• Be attentive to the needs and preferences of residents, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Communicate any resident concerns or requests to the appropriate staff.
