Pursuit Collection Jasper in Jasper, AB, is hiring for a seasonal full-time guest services role. You will welcome guests, check in/out, promote rooms, handle reservations, and coordinate services to ensure a memorable stay near Canada’s iconic national park.
We seek energetic, guest-focused individuals with excellent communication skills who can multitask in a fast-paced environment. The starting wage is $18.50/hour, with weekend and shift flexibility required.

Responsibilities
- Personalize the guest experience with staff to relax guests in Jasper National Park.
- Provide professional, friendly check-in and check-out and coordinate guest requests.
- Act as ambassador for Pursuit and Jasper National Park experiences.
- Welcome and register arriving guests.
- Promote and sell rooms.
- Check-out departing guests and review guest accounts.
- Post incidental charges to rooms and process payments.
- Use proper telephone etiquette and handle reservations.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment.

- Work with other hotel staff to personalize the guest experience, encouraging guests to refresh and relax in Canada's most famous national park
- Provide a professional, friendly and efficient check-in and check-out process and coordinates efforts to accommodate any requests
- Act as an ambassador for Pursuit, as well as the surrounding area in Jasper National Park, to fully enhance the experience of all guests staying at our Jasper Hotels
- Welcome and register arriving guests
