Responsibilities for the Night Auditor include:

  1. Auditing, balancing, and reporting on food and beverage outlets' cash and credit operations, including checks, over/short figures, deposits, counts, house charges, promotional materials, and postings, and resetting registers for accuracy.
  2. Auditing, balancing, posting, and reporting on front desk activities such as room charges, phone calls, zero balance folios, corrections, adjustments, taxes, disputed charges, over/short figures, and deposits to ensure accuracy and proper cash handling.
  3. Auditing, balancing, verifying, and reporting on room information to monitor performance.
  4. Preparing and inputting statistics and income journal sheets for daily reports.
  5. Closing all bank ticket codes daily.
  6. Running the night audit after ensuring all revenues are balanced.
  7. Performing front desk duties, including guest check-in and check-out.
  8. About You:

    As a Front Office Agent or Night Auditor, you will oversee guest registration and communicate hotel services and promotions, directly impacting guest experience. Your responsibilities include processing payments, answering calls, providing information about hotel services and local tourism, exchanging foreign currency, and resolving guest complaints. The role requires working independently during night shifts, with a focus on safety, monitoring for abnormal activity, and weather issues. If you enjoy semi-independent work, have a proactive and caring attitude, and possess a high sense of responsibility, this role is ideal for you.
