Sutton Place Hotel Toronto is a historic address within an exquisite, cosmopolitan environment, located at the corner of King Street West and Blue Jays Way in downtown Toronto. Our 118-room hotel stands out among the Toronto Entertainment District.

We are currently hiring for the following position:

Night Audit Agent - Part Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm welcome and exceptional service to guests during overnight shifts starting at 11:00 PM.
  • Check-in and check-out guests efficiently.
  • Answer guest inquiries, accommodate special requests, and resolve concerns in person or via telephone.
  • Conduct audits to verify room rates and correct variances.
  • Ensure wake-up calls are set accurately each morning.
  • Run the nightly processing sequence to reset systems for the next day.
  • Prepare and transmit credit card deposits.
  • Balance the rooms audit and report any discrepancies.
  • Communicate any issues or emergencies to the team.
  • Follow credit and inventory control procedures to minimize revenue loss.
  • Present guest charges and process payments.
  • Record special billing instructions for accounting.
  • Maintain security of keys, guest, and company information.
  • Report unsafe conditions or suspicious persons.
  • Assist with parking and retrieving guest vehicles if required.
  • Support emergency response procedures as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, with at least 1 year in guest service/front desk or accounting.
  • Proficiency with computers; experience with OPERA or similar systems is preferred.

  • Exceptional guest service and communication skills.
