We are seeking a motivated and meticulous Night Auditor to manage the nightly accounting operations of our establishment. With your sense of hospitality, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in an unpredictable environment, you will ensure smooth financial operations. Warm and professional, you will maintain an open and empathetic attitude towards guests while fostering effective communication with both internal and external services.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Perform all accounting operations related to the night audit.
• Prepare and deliver nightly financial reports to the relevant managers.
• Verify and reconcile financial deposits.
• Ensure the security of the premises and guests.
• Provide exceptional service to guests.
• Answer and route phone calls.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and data.

Other tasks may be assigned, and so we’re counting on your flexibility and resourcefulness!

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• You have experience in hotel reception and a good knowledge of the local area and tourist attractions.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with a hotel management software, such as Opera (or equivalent).
• You have the energy, stamina, and availability for this demanding role, with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You are bilingual in French and English for effective communication with an international clientele.
• You consistently maintain exemplary service standards.
• You are passionate, friendly, and professional, with a positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm.
