Responsibilities

Here is what you will be doing each day:

As a Night Auditor, you will be working with our Guest Services and Accounting teams to ensure consistent high quality customer service is delivered by providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy, while also completing all audit processes and reports accurately and on time. You will be working an overnight schedule and are often the first point of contact for all hotel, conference and/or restaurant guests during your shift. Daily responsibilities include preparing and distributing daily and/or month end reports, reconciling all daily cash and credit payments, acting as Manager on Duty (MOD), answering guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, hours of operation and the local area; taking payment and verifying credit authorizations; responding to special guest requests; and championing guest service programs.
