Position Overview

We are seeking a Night Audit / Front Desk Agent to join our team. We offer:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare daily revenue reports by auditing POS tapes/journals
  2. Run audit reports from the front office system
  3. Make corrections, handle computer issues
  4. Input revenue, expenses, and allowances into the system
  5. Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintain files, reset systems
  6. Support company programs, supervise front desk operations, ensure compliance with SOPs and brand standards
  7. Remain calm during emergencies or busy periods, resolve customer issues, make decisions based on experience
  8. Perform additional duties as assigned
