Job Description:

This role is based in Chapel Street, High Valleyfield, Fife KY12 8SJ. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual with primary care experience, preferably as a practice manager, to join an expanding medical group managing multiple practices across Fife.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff across three practices in Valleyfield, Kinghorn, and Burntisland (total list size approximately 9,000). Responsibilities include:

1. Managing staff across different sites
2. Implementing and standardizing protocols across all sites
3. Conducting 1:1s and staff appraisals
4. Collaborating with health boards to produce reports and handle queries
5. Traveling to various GP sites
6. Recruiting staff, conducting interviews, and managing contractual discussions
7. Handling HR queries from staff
8. Reviewing rotas and arranging clinical cover for short-staffed days
9. Managing the team of practice managers at the practices
