Organizational Description: Canadian Blood Services operates Canada's blood supply in a manner that gains the trust, commitment, and confidence of all Canadians by providing a safe, secure, cost-effective, affordable, and accessible supply of quality blood, blood products, and their alternatives.

Description of Duties:

Our NextGen student volunteers play an integral part in spreading awareness for blood donation. They promote Canadian Blood Services and recruit new donors on and off campus through information booths/events, peer-to-peer recruitment, and social media. Currently, opportunities are available at both the University of Manitoba and the University of Winnipeg. If you attend another post-secondary institution and are interested in volunteering, please reach out for more information.
