Responsibilities

• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and assist them in finding the perfect vehicle to suit their needs
• Become an expert on all products, services, pricing and features
• Strive for excellence and work to achieve and surpass sales and performance goals
• Persevere to see tasks through to completion and tackle obstacles as they arise
• Provide exceptional customer service experiences from initial contact through delivery and follow-up
• Listen to understand the customer’s wants and needs to match them with the right vehicle
• Manage internet lead sales with new and existing customers
