Responsibilities
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and assist them in finding the perfect vehicle to suit their needs
  • Become an expert on all products, services, pricing and features
  • Champion the sales process and strive to reach and surpass sales and performance goals
  • Persist and see tasks through to completion, tackling obstacles or barriers as they arise
  • Provide exceptional customer service experiences from the initial greeting to delivery and beyond
  • Listen to learn about the customer’s wants and needs to ensure the best vehicle fit
  • Handle internet lead sales with new and existing customers
Qualifications
  • Previous sales experience
  • Valid Ontario Class ‘G’ Driver’s License
  • Valid OMVIC sales license or willingness to obtain

Pay Rate: Commission Based Only
