Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required
Grade 12 certificate
Qualifications in sales and/or marketing would be an advantage
Minimum of 3 years sales management experience
Proven track record of leading a team to exceed car sales targets
Proven track record of evaluating trade-ins
Valid driver’s license
Exceptional communication skills
Exceptional customer service
Excellent interpersonal skills
Target driven
Clear criminal record
Computer literate
Experience with OEM Systems and Evolve would be preferred
