Main Purpose of Job

An energetic leader with a passion for sales and achieving targets. The successful candidate will be driven to achieve volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction targets as set by the manufacturer and group, ensuring a high-performance-driven team.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • Qualifications in sales and/or marketing would be an advantage
  • Minimum of 3 years sales management experience
  • Proven track record of leading a team to exceed car sales targets
  • Proven track record of evaluating trade-ins
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Target driven
  • Clear criminal record
  • Computer literate
  • Experience with OEM Systems and Evolve would be preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Self-management

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure vehicle sales target and profitability are met
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Manage sales team for high performance culture
