Term: 4 months

Start Date: September 8, 2025

We’re looking for a self-driven individual seeking a co-op opportunity with a high-profile tech company. We believe that talent and valuable skills come from many paths. That's why this role is open to individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those looking to change careers with transferable skills, immigrants eager for local work experience, and people rejoining the workforce after a leave (such as parental, retirement, or a career transition), as well as students pursuing traditional co-op work terms.

You’ll be working as a Graphic Designer to play an essential role in the creation of design and production solutions across different media and print design. Working within the Brand team this role will implement projects with accuracy and attention to detail; research and develop thoughtful, strategic campaigns; participate in stakeholder presentations; ensure deadlines are met for a successful launch; and learn from tracking performance results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Ensure designs are on brand and aligned with our brand purpose
  • Keep an eye on the details, communicating with the team throughout the project, organization and multitasking
  • Work with design tools such as the Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, AI generation, and the project management tool Wrike, while managing multiple projects with numerous deadlines
  • Design and produce a wide range of deliverables for social, email, web, digital paid ads, sales and internal collateral, and print-based projects with defined objectives and strategies, while learning about the marketing funnel and gaining fluency with all social channels.
  • Work collaboratively on team-based projects within established timeframes; as well, present to, and interact with a variety of internal and external audiences and stakeholders
  • Be responsible for all design components of the project from initial ideation and refinement through to final deliverables

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Working towards a degree or diploma in Graphic Design and/or Interaction Design
  • Accountability: holds self and others accountable to meet commitments
  • Commitment to Results: consistently achieves results, demonstrating high performance, and challenging self and others to deliver results
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: works with others to deliver results, meaningfully contributing to the team and prioritizing group needs over individual needs
  • Creativity and Innovation: seeks new and better ways of doing things, generates original and imaginative ideas, products, or solutions
  • Open Communication: clearly conveys thoughts, both written and verbally, listening attentively and asking questions for clarification and understanding

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Solution seeker: You’re focused on tackling new challenges, solving problems, and moving the business forward—and you don’t wait to be asked.
  • Lifelong learner: You have a growth mindset – you’re here to learn, experiment, seek, apply, and provide feedback, share what works with your team, and move on from what doesn’t.
  • Resilient adapter: In the face of change and challenges, you bring a thoughtful, calm approach and a focus on finding new opportunities.
  • Intentional collaborator. You build positive working relationships across the business, bringing people together to foster new opportunities and to facilitate the efficient flow of information.
  • Critical challenger: You have the trust in your team to ask difficult questions in order to get to the best end result.
  • Active communicator: You listen actively and communicate ideas and information clearly, inclusively, and proactively.
  • Integrated thinker: You look beyond your role and responsibilities to understand how your team’s work drives broader organizational goals.
  • Accountable owner: You take pride in the work you’re responsible for with a mindset of ultimate accountability and reliability for the outcomes.
  • Bar-raiser: You step up to help your team grow and succeed, even when that means going beyond what might be expected.
