About the Role

We are seeking new or experienced Mortgage Agents to join our expanding team. This role offers hands-on training, group and individual coaching, and ongoing support.

You are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment. You will manage multiple deals, nurture client relationships, deliver prompt responses, and improve process efficiency.

A typical weekly snapshot includes:

• Managing your personal pipeline to meet service standards and financial goals
• Establishing and fostering client relationships, assisting them in making informed decisions
• Overseeing the entire mortgage process from initial contact to closing, including application, document collection, lender submission, condition fulfillment, and closing activities
• Providing proper follow-up throughout the mortgage process
• Acting as an intermediary between lenders and borrowers
• Staying informed on local real estate market trends and regulatory changes related to private and government-insured mortgages

Success in this role looks like:

• Being driven, motivated, organized, a great communicator, and a problem-solver
• Having 1 to 3 years of sales experience

Minimum Requirements:

• A High School Diploma
• Mortgage Agent License
