About the Role

We are expanding and seeking new or experienced Mortgage Agents interested in hands-on training, group and individual coaching, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You should be capable of managing multiple deals, nurturing client relationships, providing prompt responses, and increasing process efficiency.

A snapshot of a typical week:

  • Manage personal pipeline to meet service standards and financial goals
  • Establish and foster relationships with clients, assisting them in making informed decisions
  • Oversee the entire mortgage process from initial contact to closing, including application, document collection, lender submission, condition fulfillment, and closing activities
  • Provide proper follow-up with clients throughout the mortgage process
  • Act as an intermediary between lenders and borrowers requiring mortgage loans
  • Stay informed about trends and developments in the local real estate market, as well as regulatory changes affecting private and government-insured mortgages

Requirements

Success looks like if you are:

  • Driven, motivated, self-starter, problem-solver, organized, and a great communicator
  • Having 1 to 3 years of sales experience
  • Possessing a High School Diploma
  • Holding a valid Mortgage Agent License
