This role is more than just a sales role. You’ll build relationships and become a trusted advisor, helping buyers navigate one of life's most emotional and meaningful decisions with clarity, confidence, and care.

A Strong Team Behind You

Work closely with our Marketing team to plan and execute lead generation strategies, launch community campaigns, and coordinate immersive sales events. You’ll also support buyers throughout the design and selections process - delivering a seamless and personalized experience from first visit to final handoff.

What You’ll Do :

  • Represent Fusion Homes as the first point of contact in Presentation Centres and Model Homes.
  • Generate leads and build strong, lasting relationships with customers and realtors.
  • Guide buyers through the homebuying and design journey with professionalism and empathy.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs while delivering a top-tier customer experience.
  • Prepare and present all documentation (e.g., Purchase & Sale Agreements, Amendments) with precision.
  • Ensure Presentation Centres and Model Homes are always presentation-ready.
  • Maintain accurate CRM tracking and produce weekly sales reports.
  • Facilitate the selections process for finishes and upgrades across low-rise, stacked, and high-rise communities.
  • Attend weekly Sales & Marketing meetings at our Guelph Head Office.
  • What You Bring :

  • Proven experience in professional sales with a strong record of building trust and delivering results. We’re looking for customer-obsessed professionals who thrive in relationship-driven, high-value sales environments, regardless of industry background. Industry experience is an asset but not required—we’ll provide the tools and training you need.
  • A natural ability to influence, build trust, and drive confident decisions.
  • A passion for aesthetics and design that translates into authentic client engagement.
  • Relentless drive to succeed, backed by discipline, grit, and resilience.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
  • Please note : This role requires full-time commitment and exclusivity. Candidates must not be actively selling real estate or engaged in other sales roles concurrently.

    Working Hours :

  • Monday : 11 : 00am – 7 : 00pm
  • Tuesday : 10 : 00am – 7 : 00pm
  • Thursday : OFF
  • Friday : OFF
  • Saturday : 9 : 30am – 5 : 00pm
  • Sunday : 9 : 30am – 5 : 00pm
