About The Position

Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, the Sales Associate is responsible for supporting and facilitating the new homes sales process.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Selling new residential homes
• Tour visitors through show homes and spec homes
• Meet community and personal sales targets
• Attend all Sales meetings for information, direction, and sales strategy improvements
• Answer the company cell phone between 9am and 9pm, Monday - Sunday
• Open and operate the Sales Center during scheduled hours
• Engage in sales and marketing activities
• Register visitors into the Lasso CRM
• Manage customer opportunities through the CRM
• Demonstrate Bedrock Homes' advantages and unique selling points
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least one year of direct sales experience, preferably in new home sales
• Experience in roles requiring customer satisfaction and sales target achievement preferred
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation required
