With an initial commitment of 6 months, successful candidates will benefit from the New Graduate Transition Program designed to enhance their skills through funding and mentorship. This flexible position allows for placements in different communities across the Northern Health region.
Northern Health offers exciting employment opportunities for new RN/RPN graduates in both rural and urban settings. Positions are available as regular and relief, part-time and full-time roles, with an initial commitment of 6 months.
Our goal is to match you with a community-based role that aligns with your career aspirations. All new graduate RN/RPNs participate in our New Graduate Transition Program, which provides targeted support including funding, education, and mentorship to enhance your skills and confidence.
During the hiring process, a clinical reference from an instructor or preceptor will be required.
