Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety, quality, production, maintenance, and housekeeping on the assigned line
• Monitor and adjust high-speed, complex production equipment
• Work with a wide variety of raw materials
• Provide immediate maintenance support to operating production lines
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and pneumatic failures
• Maintain a tidy and safe warehouse environment
• Ship and receive finished goods and raw materials, including LTL shipments
• Minimize damage to raw materials and equipment through proper storage and maintenance
• Maintain accurate inventory, ensuring first-in, first-out procedures
• Follow scheduled warehouse and distribution plans
• Ensure proper accounting of materials and resolve discrepancies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or college diploma in a related technical field
• Assets include education in Electronics, Electrical and Mechanical Technology, Machining, or Electro Mechanical Technician/Technology
• Basic computer skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Aptitude for learning and troubleshooting advanced machinery
• Self-starter with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and logical under pressure
• Ability to work rotating shifts (days/nights/weekends)
