As a Staff Nurse, you'll be at the forefront of patient care, working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to ensure patients/residents receive comprehensive support. Your responsibilities will include:

New Graduate Nurse Program
The New Graduate Nurse Program is operated through the office of Professional Practice. This program provides support aligned to the needs of newly graduated nurses during the first 18 months following graduation. NG educator(s) offer in-person support, orientation, seminars, consultation, and workshops to support the transition from being students to autonomous nursing practice.

**Any new graduate nurse (temporary or permanent) is required to maintain employment at a minimum of 0.7 FTE for a minimum of 6 months.
