Job summary

Throughout the program you’ll analyze assortments, manage SKU-level forecasts, oversee replenishment with suppliers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking required
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Leadership experience through academic, volunteer, or extracurricular activities
• Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced retail environment
• Previous exposure to retail operations is an asset
• Unofficial transcript is mandatory with application

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Category Business Managers to analyze product assortments and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Create and manage SKU-level operational sales and store demand forecasts for an assigned category.
• Oversee replenishment processes for specific categories, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain inventory flow.
