Pfaff Automotive Partners – BMW Markham in Markham, Ontario is seeking a New Car Sales Representative to connect customers with premium vehicles. You will build relationships, showcase BMW models, and help clients find their dream car.

The role emphasizes strong communication, sales drive, and professional presentation. Prior luxury automotive sales experience is a plus; OMVIC license and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Automotive luxury vehicle sales experience preferred, but not required.
• 1–3 years experience in a similar role preferred.
• Valid OMVIC license.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills.
• Exceptional sales skills and a commitment to sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide direction in showroom or lot.
• Generate positive impressions by delivering friendly, professional service.
• Explain manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery and orient customers on features.
• Deliver vehicle and ensure customers understand operating features and paperwork.
• Perform other duties as required by Sales Manager.
