Your Practice, Your Way

You'll have theautonomy to determine your patient volumes, with our current physicians typically seeing18-24 outpatient follow-up patients per day. Yourflexible work schedule can be designed to meet your individual needs, ensuring a sustainable pace and true work/life balance. While primarily anoutpatient practice, there's anoption to incorporate inpatient care if desired.

Our manageablecall schedule will be 1:4, further supporting your personal time. You'll have theoption to incorporate your special interestsandparticipate in outreach, allowing you to diversify your practice and impact a broader community.

You'll benefit from excellent on-site resources, including anon-site sleep clinicand convenient access toMRI, X-RAY, and CT serviceswithin the QMG complex. We also boast anew outpatient state-of-the-art surgery center, proudly owned and operated by Quincy Medical Group.

You'll be supported by astrong referral networkand operate efficiently withEpic EHR.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $350,000-$425,000 depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on, loan repayment assistance, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $400,000 - $950,000.
