Job description

We’re an innovative psychology clinic that treats trauma, mood and attention disorders, concussions, and other mental health concerns using an integration of psychotherapy and neuromodulation.

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated recent graduate in Psychology or Social Work to train as a Neuro Technician on our team. In this role, you will complete neuromodulation protocols and QEEG assessments with clients. The successful candidate will be people-oriented, social and compassionate, possess a strong understanding of ethics and confidentiality, and demonstrate an interest in cutting-edge neurotherapy technology. This role would be well-suited to a psychology or social work student. Education in mental health, social work, psychology or related fields and experience working with children would be an asset.

Duties

  • Applying neuromodulation protocols with clients.
  • Conducting QEEG assessments.
  • Assessment and progress documentation and tracking.
  • Strict adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Maintenance and tracking of equipment.

Experience

  • Training for all neuromodulation protocols and QEEG assessments will be provided.
  • Previous experience in working with children, or in a mental health setting is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment are essential. A commitment to providing compassionate care to clients is crucial for success in this role.
