Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design, implementation, upgradation, and troubleshooting of issues related to Cisco IP telephony, CUCM, CUC, CER, IM&P, Voice Gateways, and UCCX.
2. Good understanding of video devices such as Creston, Lenovo, and Yealink.
3. Solid understanding of Microsoft Teams, including creation of team numbers using PowerShell, blocking spam numbers, Teams Room configuration, and Azure AD integration.
4. Additional knowledge of Cisco R&S, BGP, and related networking protocols.
