Job Title: Network Administrator

Tasks
  1. Coordinate access and use of computer networks
  2. Install software and web server hardware and software
  3. Load printer with paper and forms
  4. Maintain, troubleshoot, and administer LANs, WANs, mainframes, and workstations
  5. Monitor system and network performance
  6. Troubleshoot and upgrade web server hardware/software
  7. Evaluate and install hardware and software
  8. Provide problem-solving services to network users
  9. Implement security procedures
  10. Perform routine startup, shutdown, and maintain control records
  11. Perform data backups and disaster recovery
  12. Set up LANs and Internet connections
  13. Optimize server performance and monitor network traffic
  14. Backup and recover web servers
  15. Manage network access
