Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to all types of Network Devices
• Configure and upgrade Cisco, Juniper, Huawei and other network devices
• Consult with customers on how to remediate network issues
• Develop network maintenance processes for the junior engineers

Skills/Must have:

• NOC Engineering or Network Support experience
• Service Provider background is preferred
• Strong routing and switching experience
