Location: 100% Onsite in Regina, SK Monday to Friday, with some after-hours work and rotational on-call required

SRA is seeking a Network Support Analyst to provide day-to-day administration, management, and support of LAN / WAN infrastructure (Cisco Network HW Config and Admin). The successful candidate will ensure effective operation, monitoring, and maintenance of a large, complex networking environment while following ITIL disciplines and service level agreements.

Responsibilities
  • Operate, maintain, and support LAN / WAN infrastructure and associated service objects.
  • Provide technical support for LAN / WAN connectivity, video conferencing, VOIP, and wireless networks.
  • Support Cisco Firewalls, Cisco IOS, Cisco Network Management, Citrix Load Balancers, SolarWinds, CA Tool Suite, and other related infrastructure.
  • Provision, implement, and maintain network hardware / software patches, upgrades, and configuration changes.
  • Monitor key system metrics related to availability, latency, utilization, and security.
  • Ensure network security compliance, including access controls, vulnerability management, intrusion detection, and security monitoring.
  • Manage LAN / WAN asset installations, moves, adds, and changes.
  • Maintain network documentation, topology maps, and configuration records.
  • Participate in network capacity planning, performance reporting, and disaster recovery testing.
  • Provide 24 / 7 rotational on-call support alongside the Network Support team.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
  • Cisco network hardware configuration and administration experience.
  • Experience in DWDM / MPLS configuration and administration.
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting LAN / WAN infrastructure in large, complex environments.
  • Cisco-related certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCSP).
  • Demonstrated experience with Cisco IOS, Cisco Catalyst Switches, routers, and firewalls.
Desired Skills
  • Experience with Azure networking components such as Azure Firewall, Load Balancer, and other networking infrastructure.
  • Experience supporting SolarWinds, NetFlow Analyzer, Citrix Load Balancer, Tandberg video conferencing equipment, and CA Tool Suite.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • Experience with cabling plans and managing third-party network service vendors.
