RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help organize new security attack simulations to validate incident resolutions

> Help identify and analyze the network infrastructure’s evolution needs to establish the Capacity Plan

• Help conduct comparisons of solutions available on the market (e.g., technical specifications, budget, etc.) and provide optimal recommendations

PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, networking, or telecommunications, or equivalent

• 3–5 years of experience in the field of networking and IT security
• Expertise in network infrastructure security, particularly firewalls, WAFs, and tools for logical and physical network security.
• Proficiency in setting up and administering VPN tunnels.
• Good knowledge of infrastructure services: Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, VoIP, etc.
• Proficiency in virtualization environments (VMware ESXi, Synology, etc.).

Alteo est à la recherche d'un Spécialiste Réseau / Sécurité pour un poste permanent basé à Montréal.

Votre rôle principal sera de contribuer à la définition et à la mise en place des procédures/processus de sécurité des réseaux, au maintien en conditions opérationnelles et l'évolution des infrastructures réseaux et sécurité ; et ce, en veillant au respect des SLA's de performance et de disponibilité.

RESPONSABILITÉS

> Contribuer à l'application des procédures de sécurité des réseaux dans le but de garantir les exigences de performance et de disponibilité

• Contribuer à l'administration des services liés à la sécurité des réseaux
• Contribuer au bon fonctionnement des processus de qualité et leurs conformités aux standards de qualité ;
• Contribuer au suivi des KPI's de performance et de disponibilité
• Contribuer à la mise en œuvre et le maintien de l'architecture réseaux
• Contribuer à la production de la documentation (e.g. Rapports, Procédures, Documents d'exploitation…)
• Participer à l'organisation de simulations d'attaques de la sécurité pour valider la robustesse des processus de sécurité des réseaux

> Contribuer à la résolution des incidents de sécurité dans le but de garantir la fiabilité des processus de sécurité

• Contribuer à la détection et l'analyse des incidents de sécurités relevés aux différents niveaux des réseaux
• Contribuer à la réalisation du diagnostic et la résolution des incidents de premier et de seconds niveaux
• Contribuer à l'organisation de nouvelles simulations d'attaques de la sécurité pour valider les résolutions des incidents

> Contribuer à l'identification et l'analyse des besoins d'évolution de l'infrastructure réseaux dans le but d'établir le Plan de Capacités

• Contribuer au maintien de l'inventaire des actifs réseaux
• Contribuer à l'analyse des capacités et des cycles de vie des équipements réseaux et sécurité
• Contribuer à la réalisation de comparatifs sur les solutions du marché (e.g. Technique, Budget…) et des préconisations optimales
• Participer à la gestion des contrats de maintenance établis avec les fournisseurs et les prestataires

> Contribuer à l'actualisation et la diffusion de l'information sécurité dans le but de garantir l'information des équipes

PROFIL

• BAC en informatique, réseaux ou télécommunications ou l' équivalent
• Atout: certification dans le domaine des réseaux ou de la sécurité (CCNA/CCNP Security, Fortinet NSE, PCNSE, ISO 27001, CEH...)
• 3-5 ans dans le domaine des réseaux et de la sécurité informatique
• Maîtrise de la sécurité des infrastructures réseau, notamment des pare-feux, des WAF et des outils de sécurité logique et physique des réseaux.
• Bonne pratique de la mise en place et de l’administration des tunnels VPN.
• Bonne connaissance des services d’infrastructure : Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, VoIP, etc.
• Maîtrise des environnements de virtualisation (VMware ESXi, Synology, etc.).
• Connaissance des métiers de la monétique et de l’industrie des paiements.
• Bonne connaissance des normes juridiques et réglementaires en matière de sécurité de l’information.
• Aptitude à suivre et à améliorer les indicateurs de sécurité (incidents, délais de résolution, conformité) et de disponibilité des infrastructures.
