WORK YOU’LL DO

Accenture Infrastructure Services professionals work as part of diverse teams with deep skillsets to advise and operate client systems in partnership with industry partners. As part of the Infrastructure Managed Services Practice, you will lead and mentor a Network Operations team of between five to ten staff members with various skill sets and needs. As the overall team lead, you will be responsible for advising your client counterpart assisting in the prioritization of work, projects, and incoming requests from across the organization. In your capacity of subject matter expert, you will keep abreast of new and emerging technologies and advise on best practices within the architecture being supported.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes).

Provide hardware / software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for software solutions / vendors / brands.

Work includes L1 and L2 / basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Working with cloud architects and infrastructure teams to evaluate application and technology landscape

Understanding cloud and network best practices combined with guiding principles

Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.

Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.

Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and / or management levels at a client and / or within Accenture.

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?

Bachelor's degree in computer science or in a related discipline

Proven experience leading teams of increasing size and scope over the past 3+ years

Be responsible for network operations, including at least 2 years of experience with Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting

Minimum 2 years of experience with Next Generation Network Firewall Administration

Minimum 2 years of experience in any of the following :

SD-WAN

SD-Access

SD-DC

Wireless Networking

DNS, DHCP & IPAM (DDI) solutions

Knowledge in any of the following areas : -Network Edge and Cloud Connectivity

Network automation and Infrastructure-as-Code

Cisco certified

Delivering in an Agile environment

Eligible for Reliability Clearance

Nice to have :

Any Connect Administration for Umbrella, ISE, Secure Network Analytics (formerly StealthWatch), Remote Access

Cisco DNA-C Operations

Umbrella Dashboard operations

DDI operations (Efficient IP, BlueCat, or Infoblox)

ETA operations

Network Security / ISE Operations

Agile Scrum Master Certification
