Position Overview: Compugen is seeking a Network Design Engineer for a 2 year contract working on site.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architect, design, and implement network and cyber security infrastructures.
2. Develop and enhance the client's network infrastructure over two years.
3. Create design documentation including Conceptual and Detailed Solution Designs, Service Diagrams, etc.
4. Configure network components and develop methods of procedure and implementation guides.
5. Prepare training materials and operational processes.
6. Handle responsibilities related to switching, routing, firewalls, network management, automation, scripting, and cloud.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
2. Cisco CCIE and CCDE certifications.
3. TOGAF certification.

Mandatory Experience:

1. 6+ years designing complex network solutions including Data Center networks, Enterprise LAN/WAN, and Cloud environments.
2. 6+ years operating complex networks with routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, etc.
3. Strong project leadership, documentation, and communication skills.
4. Expert knowledge of networking systems, technologies, and protocols, with application to business problems.

Desired Skills:

1. Network management tools (DCIM, DDI, NMS).
2. Programming/scripting skills (Python, Perl, etc.).
3. Automation tools (Ansible, Netmiko, Puppet, Chef).
4. Cybersecurity expertise (NAC, NGFW, Proxy, WAF, DDoS, IPS/IDS).
5. Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with teams.
6. Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions.
