The Network Analyst is focused on leading new technology introductions, evolving network acceptance, participating in projects and network upgrades. You will champion operational readiness and process improvements, and be an expert in hands-on troubleshooting of network technologies with strong knowledge of various network vendors and their management systems. You will provide technical support to network operations teams for escalated incidents of varying complexity. Additionally, you will work with the Solutions & Architecture team and network vendors for deploying new technologies, helping to build, maintain, and operate a reliable network for our customers. You will also provide hands-on support, configuration, and installation for customer devices as required, and may support ad-hoc network projects.

The position ensures that all network issues are addressed quickly and efficiently, either by resolving them directly or escalating to a senior team member. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a larger team, providing direct customer support and participating in the management of all network components.

The Network Analyst will be supported and mentored by the team lead. This is a critical front-line operational role, subject to regular business working conditions, with potential assignments to customer sites, and occasional travel is required.
